My mother has been in memory care at Bay Harbor just over a year. She gets good care.<br>Kelsey is very personable and responsive. The staff is patient with my mother. Her room is spacious and warm with natural light.

My family has had an extremely positive experience with Bay Harbor of Beaver Dam. Since my family member began residency here, the level of care they have received has been truly exceptional.<br><br>Exceptional Staff and Care<br><br>The entire staff at Bay Harbor is amazing. They consistently demonstrate a genuine level of compassion and dedication that goes above and beyond simple duty. It is clear that the staff deeply care about the residents, treating them with dignity and attention. Knowing my family member is in such capable and caring hands is a great comfort.<br><br>Outstanding Management and Leadership<br><br>The positive atmosphere and high standards of care are a direct reflection of a strong and dedicated management team. I would like to give a special shout-out to Kelsey on the management team. Kelsey is an absolute star who always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and residents' needs are met. Her commitment is evident and greatly appreciated.
