My brother was a resident for 8 months and was well cared for. The staff were awesome; too many to name them all. The majority have worked there several years and were always helpful and attentive. We will miss them. They made my brother feel at home with high fives and smiles and jokes. The facility is being updated, which it needed, but the staff are the best!!

My husband has been a resident at Beautiful Savior since June of this year. During this time my husband has received outstanding care from the Therapy Department and Medical Staff. I would like to recognize two associates with their in-depth knowledge, which has provided exceptional support for my husband and they are truly an asset to the Beautiful Savior organization. The two associates are truly outstanding in supporting procedures and guidelines....Alicia Landsman, Business Office Manager and Ammie Swearingen, Assisted Director of Nursing. We are very pleased with the accommodations that are provided at the Beautiful Savior Nursing Home. Thank you, Dianne Holloway

I am current resident at B.S.N.H. I read the reviews. People have a miss conception of what Nursing Homes are and do. They operate like a hospitals. I've been to 6 nursing homes on the KC area and my opinion BSNH is one of the Best! A lot of staff have over 5 yrs. 2 that I know of over 30 yrs. The food is great and there is always a wide range of substitutions if needed. The main thing, should you have a complaint is to tell the appropriate person!!! Ultimately Jen. The Administrator's Door is always open and wants to hear from you. She double dips as a nurse on the weekends to get a feel of how her home works. Not perfect but well above the completion. Beautiful Savior has been a pillar of the community in Belton for many years and they have done so much good over the years in helping seniors live their best lives. Jennifer, Ashley, Robin, and the team love their residents and show a real commitment to doing their best for their people. If you come to visit and check them out you will not be disappointed.

Some of the nurses, aids and therapists were wonderful, some were terrible. Food just ok, no fresh fruit to be found. DON'T get a UTI because we asked for days to be checked but they never did. And communication with the administration is almost non existent. Messages were never returned, 1st time we received a bill they wrote it was past due. Never would tell us what it was for. Just received a call for a recent bill, that we never received,and were told it was past due. Which we had only been home for 2 weeks! I will say the housekeeping crew was excellent. The place needs TLC but it was clean. Also don't bother calling on the weekends, phone will not be answered.
