My mother-in-law had knee replacement surgery on Sept 4, returned home on the 5th. Preston arrived on Monday the 8th. Preston was very patient with her, kind, and thorough. Amediays, you have an outstanding employee in Preston.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this place a three-star review is because of Amanda and Jamie, otherwise I'd give a one-star review. Amanda and Jamie are compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their patients. The rest of the staff should take notes.

I worked as a Home Health PT for many years in another state, so I am the biggest skeptic and my standards are probably too high. My Mom has been receiving PT, OT, and nursing care for the past few months- and she has not been an easy patient, lol! But I am so impressed with the care and compassion the staff gives every visit. They are patient, kind, and do an excellent job of explaining things to my Mom on a level that she can understand. Major shout out to Carmen the RN. She goes well above and beyond her job description, she has returned every single one of my calls quickly and spends as much time as needed on the phone or coming out to the house- even if she was not scheduled that day. I am so thankful for her and I am certain she has saved my Mom's life. Thank you for doing a thankless job so well!

My husband, who had a stroke, has always been treated like family by their staff who have come to our home - Tara, Carmon, Brandon, Preston, and Rhonda have been very kind and considerate. Brandon was able to get him walking within a short period of time after a stroke, after I was told by the nursing home rehab staff that he would probably never walk, talk, or eat anything but pureed food. He was soon eating anything he wanted, and walked and talked. I recommend Amedisys.Home Health.
