Used to have a client who stayed here. PT was the best thing this place had to offer. They always helped even when it wasn't their job. Had one nurse change my clients BM then with the same gloves try and brush her teeth. When I mentioned this she got annoyed with me and wasn't going to change her gloves until I had to make her by being stern. They also have this weird thing that if food is being handed out they don't change any briefs but won't check on people who need brief changes before they start to hand out the food. Most nurses didn't check on her when I was there because they assumed I was going to do their job just because I was there. At one point I had other residents start asking me for help because I was always up getting things my client needed because it was hardly brought to her. Hopefully its been improved or will get improved

My husband was sent to Beachside after surgery to recover. Worst night ever, the beds are child sized with no railings. The rooms aren't much bigger with 3 people sharing 1 dirty toilet. He stayed less than 24 hours. His medications that he needs every day we're not sent home with us cause he left AMA. The insurance company says its too soon to refill, the facility should have released them to me. I was told by the facility that was only a courtesy. So apparently Beachside has made it clear they are not looking after the best interest of the patient. How did they ever get a 5 star rating?????

My mom recently stayed at this nursing rehabilitation center, and overall we had a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive, kind, and treated my mom with dignity and patience during her recovery. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was being looked after by people who genuinely cared about her well-being. The rehabilitation team worked hard with her and encouraged her progress each day. We appreciated the communication from the staff and their willingness to answer questions and keep us updated. Recovering in a facility can be challenging, but the compassion and professionalism shown by many of the caregivers made a big difference for our family. We are grateful for the support they provided during an important time in my mom’s healing process.💖
