I have just placed my wheelchair-bound, 91 yr. old mother in an excellent nearby care home after her 24-hour needs increased, and so have just left the services of Bayshore Home Care after many years with them. My mother and I could not be happier with the wonderful and caring home health aides who have assisted my mother two and later three mornings a week since her stroke in 2017, all the way through Covid until now. I'm so glad I went with a reputable agency like Bayshore, recommended to me by a friend in the business long ago. They have been 100% professional, punctual and caring, with the office staff always making sure my mother had coverage when something came up on short notice with an aide's schedule. But on the other hand: Mom's scheduled care has been remarkably stable over the years in a field known for high turn-over, thanks to the high quality of the people caring for her and because of the deep resources available to Bayshore. If a loved one in your family needs help at home, don't try to freelance things with a private aide. I'm glad I didn't. A home health care service like Bayshore can make sure your loved one always has the help they need when they need it, and the peace of mind they've given me has been priceless. I can highly recommend their services.
