If I could give a Negative100 to this hell hole I definitely give it! I would advise anyone who’s considering to bring their love ones here Please Don’t! Let’s talk about the neglect that is shown towards my mother and other residents but I can only give you some of the first hand experiences that I had with my mom! When My Mother was there and I constantly had to have a meetings with the unprofessional administration about my mother lack of care ( have pictures to prove everything I state)constantly with Lies about how they were going to fix the problems! Mostly every time I visit my mother I had to change her because she wasn’t getting proper care or changed! The CNA staff is not trained enough to care for the residents because they constantly complaining about it and about their pay! Many things I can’t share but I would say this about the DON(Renee) sats in the office all day and don’t know what her staff doing and insist they are not short even though they are extremely short majority of the time! Asst(Brandi) have no business working with anyone family ( especially mines)!! She will make false allegations knowing she Lied! Therefore you definitely can’t trust anything they say unless you under oath! Let’s talk about Adm(Johnathan)he allowed a staff member to continue to work knowing she lied about a resident can walk and telling new staff and causing neglect!! The resident was my mother and she haven’t walk since her stroke 2024! The place already smells most of the time but Dogs are allowed to come to work with the staff members! It was many times I had to take whole pills to the nurse on duty because they left them on my mother bed and she can’t even swallow pills! The carpet smells and extremely dirty! I started bringing my own towels and linens for my mom because they were Always out ( have proof)! Unfortunately if you need to check on your love ones they don’t answer the phones especially at night! I pray for all the residents that don’t have family members who cares or don’t know what to do like I didn’t at First! This place Needs to be Shut Down!

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care my mother received at [Nursing Home Name]. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel loved and comfortable. A special thank you to Charlotte, Shannon, and Bernice for their kindness, compassion, and dedication—they treated my mother like family, and that means the world to us. I also want to acknowledge the office staff for their professionalism and patience. They promptly answered all my questions and supported us through the Medicaid application process, which can be stressful. Their understanding and responsiveness made everything so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a caring and supportive environment. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done!

Thank god we didn’t choose this place and opted to go somewhere else. I often see their vehicles driving very recklessly on the road, like no turn signals and cutting off cars kind of reckless. At the least if my grandma was being transported by them I wouldn’t trust em.

Yes we do have an excellent staff that take good care of us and the facility is kept clean. What I miss is the family atmosphere that the previous owner gave us.

They are always short staffed and do not answer call buttons. It took 45 minutes one day for someone to come to the room. The food served is absolutely horrible. When residents sitting on the porch tell family members going to visit “I hope you brought food, today was horrible”, there is a problem.
