I wish I had never allowed my mom to go here. She ended up with two stage four wounds on her bottom , one went all the way to the bone , because christmas time , they didn't change my mother 4 days in a row. I wouldn't recommend this place to a single person.Worse place ever.

I'm a private caregiver, and one of my ladies was there for 5 days and I have been to several facilities and I can say as she was preparing to go home the AIDS finally came in after 2hrs of waiting to change her, they literally man handled her and threw her around like a rag doll. When I said they didn't have to treat her like that the main woman shay she called herself yelled and told me they're doing their job the other woman just started. This was yesterday 4-8-26 even the man who picked her up with a wheelchair van was beyond ourselves of how she was scared and hurt. I reported it to her daughter and husband also to her hospice nurse after getting her home so steps are being done in regards of her treatment, But I would never recommend this abusive facility to anyone else. She was place on the 500 unit. There's very few ppl working there that were kind and seem to love caring for others in care, but most of them on 500 unit was rude and uptight with angry looks on their faces. My heart goes out for those other quest that were screaming from the actions of those who are supposed to be kind and generally handled with care, NOT AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE. A deep investigation need to be open for the employees mistreatment on these quest as they call them patients. But I witness a nightmare for these patients and they call themselves AIDS and nurse's.🙏🙏 prayers for those still there 😭😭💔💔😤😤

This may be a nice place but the staff is so rude and they put there hands on my grandma right in front of me and they didn’t even know who I was and they was throwing her around like a rag doll and when I said you don’t have to do that to her they said we are just doing our jobs I think all of the staff needs to go to a class to learn how two take care of the elderly and just so y’all know so people are not able to do that job Im and really this place is way overpriced for the way they treat people there

My mom just transferred to the Shoals Nursing Home and it has been a great experience. The Administrative team have been very supportive, and polite. They have met all the needs of my mother who is paralyzed on her left side. Thank you
