Let me warn the patients and any referring Drs. Any and all medications they require you to ingest upon leaving you receive a bill from their pharmacy for everything they give.Never have I ordered any place tx patients been billed separately especially when you are charged thousands of $$ to be under their care.Pn that note not being discharged safely with no referral to physical therapy or aftercare inst.zi feel causing more injury and setting me back. The front office peps only interested in $$$.not so much patient care or success rateThank You on returning to try and make things right.Things should not have EVEN ended how it did. Very Unprofessional!I would like to add a post to my initial review...Don't get me wrong the facility staff and therepist are all knowledgeable and great.Being a 68 yr old I would of thought staff answering phones on the weekend would of been more respectful and compassionate for patients that had been leaving to visit their 95yr old mom every 2days.I am thankful for your staff that has enabled me to walk again in a short time.I was lead to believe your CNA was on the phone with you during her call to me.It was uncalled for her to call my contacts at almost midnight and again at 5am.I had no ride back at 10'30 pm on Sat and informed I would be back early Saturday am She called me all thru that night harassing me and my family. She told me to Uber or cab it back. Unsafe requests she said coming from you And after winning my appeal to stay a little longer from being discharged she self discharged me without a safe discharge plan or future therapy recommendations. And my belongings were put in plastic bags and told to pick up.The caring patient experience was thrown out the window and all the bad reviews will continue to follow the facility around .My days since leaving are used trying to continue with my therepy to walk, so this is my getting back to your call to me today

Visited my 85 yr old client who broke his hip and is currently rehabing at Bayberry Skilled Nursing facility. He loves it here. Says it's the best run rehabilitation hospital he has ever been in. Super attentive, very friendly, competent and patient staff who come immediately when summoned, work hard to make you comfortable and even harder to get you healthy again. Can't go wrong here. If you need rehabilitation services, come to Bayberry. You will not be disappointed.

This is my husband’s first day here. So far all the stuff has been really nice and welcoming. Everyone comes and introduces themselves and makes you feel welcome. Rooms are shared and have a bathroom. Also a sliding door to go out to the patio. There is breakfast, lunch and dinner served with snacks in between. Place can use a more updated renovation. But overall is good.

Bayberry Skilled Nursing & Healthcare Center is a place that needs to be commended for proficiency. I was overwhelmed by the reception I was given on my first day and on a subsequent visit. The staff are well trained and friendly. They have good behavior towards those they are caring for. I see clients looking happy and very comfortable as they move around in the place. The surrounding looks clean and beautiful with nice flowery plants.
