My doctor send a referral in for wound care back in October. I never heard from Bayada. My doctor sent on yesterday. I call them today 1/7/2025. The lady says I see the one from October, but not yesterday's. I ask why didn't anyone call me back in October. Her answer I don't know. She said she'd call me back by the end of today. I believe their office is only open for another hour or two.
