Cut throat organization. They will give you a shift and take it away without telling you. Just let you think you have an assignment, when you don't. They will not call or text you to tell you that the shift is no longer available because they decided to give it to someone else. I resigned from a job because they promised me a weekly assignment. I just happened to take a look at my schedule and to my dismay they gave my assignment away. No one took the time to tell me. I gave up a job thinking I had a job. I don't understand why noone called me. The staff in the Albemarle office are unprofessional and unpredictable. The don't care about people's livelihood.

Working as a PCA (Home Health Aid) for Bayada, I can emphatically say that I think this is a Terrific program for clients and employees alike! The opportunity to provide in-home personal care at a professional level, but one that is also deeply meaningful and connected is profoundly rewarding. I find clients to be inspirational every day in how they overcome obstacles and adapt to their circumstances in the best way possible. Providing in-home care enables clients to continue to live their lives with companionship, purpose, meaningfulness and allows them to do things (with the help of aids) that they may not otherwise be able to do. It is a blessing to work for a company that cares for both clients and employees equally! Thank you also to the Albemarle Office Team for orchestrating and coordinating things on the other side of Home Health Care! We couldn’t do it without all of you!

Absolutely the worst home health company I have ever dealt with. Bayada in Albemarle is very unprofessional, has the worst communication, and does not care about their clients or their families. I have PCS services with them for my dad and I have had to take more days off work to care for him than days they have actually sent me an aid to be there with him. When aids call out they don't find fill ins. They make changes to client schedules and don't let the family know anything. I definitely would not recommend this company at all. They are not reliable.

Wouldn’t suggest this company if you don’t have a back up option for your loved one, they never have anyone to cover the shifts so you have to miss work to take care of your loved ones, they lie about having coverage and when they do have coverage most of them are lazy as hell and just want to sit on your couch and eat snacks with no punishment from bayada

We had Cord come to our house yesterday for the physical therapy for my father-in-law. What an Amazing Young Man. So Very Impressed with his attentiveness, concerns, and wanting to really work with my father-in-law. If all the staff are as good as him yalls ratings should be great. GREAT JOB CORD !!!!
