Don't put anyone you love here, they are horrible to there patients. My grandmother was her for a few weeks and ended up in the hospital due to lack of care thankfully I had her moved to a different senior living place. The staff lack caring and empathy for the patients at this place.

Sadly looking for an assisted living facility for my uncle. The staff (Ella)showed us around and she was really helpful and loved her job and the patients there seemed to really like her as well. She took us around and answered every question I had. Committing your loved one is a hard decision so you want to get it right. The facility was clean and the patients seemed to be satisfied with their care. It's my first choice after visiting several. Whatever (Ella) is making; I'm sure it's not enough. Four stars bc all the facilities smell the same.

My Grandma was here for several years and they took excellent care of her, she had dementia and was not always easy to deal with but they treated her with dignity and respect. The staff treated her like family. I really feel they made her final years the best they could be. I was always informed of any changes and updated often especially during COVID when our visits were limited. We could never repay the staff at Woodhaven court for the wonderful care they provided to her. We are forever grateful.

As guardian for my uncle who was in memory care at Woodhaven Court for 5 years, I can say it would have been hard to find a more caring place. The staff was attentive to his every need, as well as any issue I may have had. The facility was clean, accommodations were very suitable, and meals were plenty ample. His care and health were priority to them. That is why when it came time to find an assisted living facility for my Mother, I went directly to them. I have found them to extend these same qualities to her. Even though she is capable of looking after herself, more so than my uncle, the staff extends the same privileges to her. Yes, Covid-19 restrictions are making it a trying time by not being able to visit face to face, but her safety outweighs visits. Outside the window visits will have to do for now, but this too will pass.

I greatly appreciate the exceptional care that my grandmother received while residing in this facility. The nursing staff were very welcoming, friendly, and truly care for the residents. I felt very confident in the care my grandmother received. The patients are always clean, there was no odor, the facility is clean and has an excellent sanitation score. I highly recommend this facility, as a healthcare provider myself (nurse practitioner) I can truly attest to the great care my grandmother received. Rest assured your loved one will be in great hands with this facility.
