My mother moved into Bartlett more than 8 years ago and it was a great place. Charter is now managing this facility and it is terrible. My mother, her friends and other residents are all very unhappy. Management does not listen to the residents. The staff is dishonest and complaints are not addressed. I would NOT recommend Bartlett to anyone looking for a healthy, happy senior living facility.

I enjoyed my tour of Bartlett Reserve in Durham, NC. Everyone I met was so friendly and kind. Bartlett has some great amenities: a heated pool, dog park, quiet courtyard area, outside dining area in the courtyard, laundry facilities on each floor. An added perk, they serve food all day long! Thank you Karen for sharing your lovely retirement community with me.
