The current staff at the Beaumont office is top notch. I loved working with each of them. Motivated, hard working and kind. They love every patient and are passionate about their care.

I’ve never been treated so horribly before. This girl in this office Katie Richardson told me she would call me back several times my mother was being discharged from the hospital on Medicare and needed help. This girl at their office needs to be fired. She was rude to me and told me I was not the only one with sick people needing their help! I cannot believe I was spoke to this way by her… I called to speak to a manager and she is the administrator!!! Lord y’all if they are sending your loved one here run for the hills! I went to Altus and they have been angels! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but you cannot have someone with this attitude handling administration like this. We are going through a lot but apparently according to Katie Richardson so is everyone.

Yes. Baptist Homecare is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 4.5 out of 5 stars.
For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care. Families can call the agency first, and the agency will usually contact the doctor to arrange the order. Ongoing help with bathing, meals and companionship is a different service, non-medical home care, which needs no referral.
