I had my brother-in-law placed there to transition him from the hospital to an adult family home. He would put on his light for help and they would not respond for at least an hour. He could not turn himself because he was handicapped so he got huge bedsores. They didn't brush his teeth so his gums got extremely sore. He woukd ask to get up in his wheelchair in the morning and they didn't have the time to put him in there. They were extremely short handed. One nurse and two aides per 20+ patients. They are all about the money and not about human welfare and care. If I would have known this he wouldn't have been placed there. I just couldn't get him placed fast enough in the adukt family home and he died there. A horrible place to put your lived one's. Stay way.

THEY NEARLY KILLED HER AND NOW THEY WANT HER BACK? STAY AWAY! Do not trust this place with a human life. They are a danger to the public. Between 2020 and 2023, this facility nearly killed my loved one through pure, heartless negligence. While the staff sat back and told me "she just has a UTI," my loved one was actually dying. When she was finally rushed to the ER, she was UNRESPONSIVE, COVERED IN HER OWN VOMIT, IN FULL SEPSIS, AND HAD A BLOOD CLOT IN HER BLADDER. They ignored her agony until her body literally started shutting down. The staff here are monsters. I witnessed a staff member STANDING IN THE DOORWAY LAUGHING at my loved one while she struggled and fell out of bed because her call light had been ignored for hours. They don't see patients as people; they see them as paychecks. To make a traumatic situation even worse, they are thieves. My loved one had $600 stolen from her debit card, and when we finally escaped this hellhole, her phone, charger, and half her clothes were missing. The staff literally rummaged through her things and took what they wanted. They are predatory vultures. They lurk on hospital referral lists and will accept anyone just to get the money, knowing full well they provide zero care. I have filed every report possible with the state, the Ombudsman, and the police. Now, they have the audacity to mark themselves as 'interested' on her hospital referral list again? They are predatory vultures who only want the insurance money. They don't care if she lives or dies as long as the bed is full. IF A HOSPITAL SUGGESTS THIS PLACE, REFUSE. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY DIE IN THIS GARBAGE HOLE." IF YOU PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE, YOU ARE PUTTING THEM IN A GRAVE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING, GARBAGE FACILITY.

This place needs to be shut down, and investigated for criminal behavior. My loved one suffered here and ultimately ended up in icu showed up to icu in such a bad state the hospital filed a complaint against this center due to body lice and bruises ultimately passed due to MRSA and pneumonia. I was never notified of this serious medical emergency and did not have a final goodbye.

My uncle is in this facility he has been here for about a year when I call this facility to have a simple conversation with my loved one the phone rings or I just get transferred to someone that doesn't ever pick up, it has been a year now that I cannot get him on the phone I am very concerned for him no one there seems to know anything or is able to connect me with an actual person other than the one answering the phone and transferring you to someone else and by the looks of the reviews on this place it looks like I should be very concerned for my loved one. I am terrified to travel all the way to Seattle to not get answers and I don't know how safe he is so if you're calling for a loved one you're probably not going to get anyone to help you get in contact with them. I left a few messages for someone to just simply get me in contact with my loved one I don't need any medical history or information I simply just want to have a phone call with him. 💔
