Balboa Senior Living became a sanctuary for my life partner in her final months. Mario, the Administrator, ensured the home was always in full compliance, always staffed, and that every resident was prioritized equally. I am especially grateful to Alondra, the CNA who my partner grew so close to—her gentle heart and kindness brought comfort every single day. I will never forget the love and dignity she received here.

I needed assistance for my grandmother, who was struggling with certain aspects of her personal care and daily activities. I am very impressed with the kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help shown by the caregivers, as well as the high standard of their work. The management staff has also been commendable. Their support has alleviated the anxiety I felt while trying to find reliable help for my grandmother.
