Bakersfield Community Home Health took wonderful care of my mom during a very important time. From the very beginning, their team was compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure she felt comfortable and supported. The nurses and caregivers were not only skilled but also kind and patient, treating her with the same respect and care as if she were their own family. They made sure we understood every step of her care plan and always kept communication open, which gave our family peace of mind. It’s never easy to trust someone else with your loved one’s health, but Bakersfield Community Home Health made that transition so much easier with their warmth and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the care they provided to my mom and I would highly recommend them to any family in need of reliable and compassionate home health services in Bakersfield.

As someone who works in an assisted living community, I can't say enough good things about the incredible support and care they’ve provided to our residents. They have gone above and beyond time and time again, volunteering countless hours, responding promptly to any inquiries, and always being willing to step in whenever we’ve needed assistance. Todd Jeffries, Director of Business Development, has been very receptive to our needs and has helped with volunteering opportunities and quickly responds to any questions we have had. Their team is compassionate, reliable, and truly dedicated to making a difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of seniors in our community. Dave & Miranda are super horrible. This agency is horrible. If you have a loved one needing care, please call anyone else. These people will just milk your insurance & will not provide any actual care. Dave spent 8 minutes with my father who had a stroke and does not speak English & Dave couldn't tell which side of his body had the stoke after his "evaluation". But he did tell me about his truck that cost $75,000 and his big boat. Then they billed us for an hour. Miranda the "Supervisor" said well your not paying the insurance is paying. Then she told me good luck with getting care for your father and hung up & wouldn't give me her last name. I wish I could give 0 stars. These people really really do suck.
