Axiom was a pleasure to work with. They provided prompt, courteous service. All of my attendants were very kind, understanding, and professional. Each person understood my limitations and gave me encouraging advice and help. I was left with feelings of accomplishment and ability to continue on my own. My physical therapy at home was a excellent , I had Daphny for my first and last evaluation and Dominic performed therapy. They were both extremely good at what they do and took wonderful care of me. I would highly recommend them and Axiom Cares. I also would like to mention that the nurses visits were also excellent

I had the best care you could ask for. Dominic was awesome! Daphne was kind and helpful. My nurse (can't remember her name, sorry) was very sweet. I would say they knew there job and performed it with skills. My thank you for the awesome care I received.

Axiom provides a level of care that goes well beyond five stars. Our family truly could not have navigated my mother’s end-of-life journey without the unwavering support of their hospice team. They held our hands and guided us with such love, kindness, and genuine compassion during our most difficult moments. We are so thankful for our decision to switch to Axiom and deeply grateful that my mom received the highest standard of care. It was an absolute honor to have Patti (social worker), along with Mary and Madison (hospice nurses) be a part of our lives during this journey. They became like family to us and were amazing assets who helped us every step of the way. We are eternally grateful for everything they did for our family and will always cherish the kindness they showed our mother. Their kindness to our family is something we will always remember.

My mother recently used both the Home Care and Hospice services with Axiom Cares, and both experiences were wonderful. The hospice staff was truly amazing during such a difficult time for our family; their response to everything we needed was immediate, and the compassion shown during my mother's final days was a huge comfort. I will forever consider our nurses, Madison and Mary, to be absolute angels—my mother loved them both. We are also so thankful for Tamekia, the aide who provided such gentle care and baths for her. We are incredibly grateful for the entire team at Axiom Cares and highly recommend them to anyone needing supportive, compassionate care.
