They are very neglectful and abusive. We have a family member who’s staying here and has been asking for a pillow a pain pill for 3 hours now and they still haven’t brought any of that. This is very unacceptable. It is 78 degrees with no ac they have the heater going.

I have been in the building a few times now. I often see the admin team out and about interacting with the other staff and also the residents. The residents are happy and very chatty. The building is clean. They have a variety of activities for all the residents. I was in this same building over 10 years ago and it was in horrible shape. I am very happy to see the improvement with the change of owners, admin and staff.

Shameful abuse and neglect that is considered "above and beyond" by Dani the DON. If you ask any questions or make any complaints you will experience severe retribution. Everyone in administration will deny that anything happened and ask you to prove it. Video is not allowed inside the facility so it will always be your word against theirs. I have never in my entire career dealt with such inept management. The current DON has mainly worked in corrections and it shows. No respect for anyone, not even other members of her management. Always understaffed and the staff complain about their workload to the patients. When asked about regulations and standards Dani (DON) told me that they only have to see the patient once every 8 hours, and that includes patients who have an active call bell ringing. She told me that the administrator is not actually in charge because she's the interim administrator. Nobody knows what the rules or expectations are for patients or families. Ask 3 staff the same question and you'll get 3 different answers. Absolutely no accountability for anyone and don't mention calling the nursing board or they will threaten to "call the police on you and have you dragged out" from ADON Tiffany. Do better. There are patients without advocates stuck in your failure to care.
