Not impressed with admin, didn't gather all my daughters things when she passed, info I needed. Did not send me her personal effects as requested.another agency had to go pick up. Only good thing I can say is the place had no odor. They were short staffed, couldn't call on weekends, no answer. Weekend staff arrogant.

Oakland called us when their refrigeration failed and we, an honorable group, went to their aide. What we got in response to saving them and there residents? Nothing absolute nothing. They wont call us, they wont text, they wont respond. If this is the way they treat people who help them you might want to reconsider staying there or having your loved ones stay there. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

My mother in law was there last year, for rehab from a broken back. The room was filthy, potty chair was never emptied unless we did it, cold dry bologna sandwich for supper, clothes not changed, and then she fell while unattended. Changed her to another place.. and it’s like night and day.
