They are always gossiping at their desk instead of attending to The patient at the facility.. They leave them neglected, where they smell of urine and leave them in feces for hours . I understand that the nurses have multiple patients out of time, but the ratio is way off… bugs in room… it’s so sad

My grandma was in South place for four days and she had a stroke and they didn't do anything until my mom went up there and that was at the end of the day it sucks, and is disgusting
