when we moved my mom into the residency we had so many questions. My mom being very independent we thought would be difficult to work with. what we pleasantly found was Shari and her staff that have made our concerns go away with there knowledge and compassion .Kudos to Shari who had every answer without pushing thanks to all the med techs and nurses who you can tell take pride in there job My thanks to the chef who have made breakfast lunch and dinner enjoyable to my mom as far as the activities they are outstanding my mom's favorites exercises, PT , music events and the rabbis ( her favorite Rabbi Mickey ). My mom has been there approaching a month and I have been very happy with her progress .

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the very beginning of my daughter’s admission, the staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. While there were some initial challenges, everyone has gone above and beyond to work through them and to help make my daughter’s transition and adjustment as positive as possible. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to accommodate her needs have truly meant so much to me. It brings me great comfort knowing that when I leave, my daughter is being cared for by people who are attentive and genuinely invested in her well-being. Thank you all for the compassion and dedication you show every day. I am deeply grateful.

I had been looking for over a year for my mother. I looked at close to 30 facilities, and when I found Aventura at the Heights I knew immediately I found a home for my mother. She raves about the delicious home cooked meals, the endless activities, and the warm and friendly staff. She feels like she is a part of a family! I’d give 10 stars!

My mom stayed here for a short respite visit, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making her feel welcome from the start. She especially enjoyed the activities—they really made an effort to get her involved, which meant a lot to us. The residents were also very kind and engaging, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a caring and active environment!

My mother has been a resident of Aventura for a couple of years now, and it has been a great experience. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. There are even a couple of staff members with whom we have become close and receive hugs from whenever we visit. When we have questions or concerns, they are informative and helpful. A special shout out to Amanda Schuster for all her help and dedication. Each month we receive the schedule of activities and are always impressed with the variety. The monthly newsletter always has pictures which we love seeing. It gives me peace of mind to know my mother is so well cared for.
