My father needed help with gaining his mobility after a hospital stay. Aveanna Healthcare of Smyrna was recommended by the hospital. We contacted them the day that he was discharged and the next day Gladney came and assessed what was needed. She was a delight providing light. She assigned staff that best suited our needs and fit our personalities. We have been more than thrilled with the quality of care that my father received. Aaron his physical therapist not only provided excellent physical therapy but outlined the frequency needed and provided pictures of how he was to be exercised throughout the day. David his occupational therapist provided additional therapy for getting my father more mobile to assist in his own personal care. All of the staff provided recommendations of making the home safe for his well being. We listened and followed their recommendations. Aveanna provided continuity of care with the same therapists coming into our home and lives. They brought hope, support, and accomplishment to a difficult situation. We think the world of them and highly recommend them.
