Absolute worst company and very unorganized harasses their clients we have had one good nurse but the office is completely horrible personnel and have zero customer service and treat their families awful if you have the opportunity please go elsewhere

We are long term client and family with this company and have received attentive care for 10 years. Our daughter has experienced quality nurses who love her, and office staff that go beyond to assure we have all our needs met. We have truly been blessed!

I have been with Thrive a little over a year. They are a great company. Even with the nurse shortage that have worked hard and almost have me completely staffed. They do a great job at training nurses for children with trachs and vents. I would highly recommend THRIVE.

Nurses were not experienced with trach and ventilator. They discharged my twin boys due to not having enough staff. Made reports to cps and my babies were removed due to not having in home nursing.
