This is my Mom's second visit to this facility. She's 95 and they treat her like a rag doll. Wish there was another place to send her. The staff does not care, they hire so many aides and most call themselves nurses, they are not RN's they are LPN's they "clean" you up with an attitude. If you can you need to be there everyday to monitor what they should be doing. I'm getting good at chasing them down and asking for help. Everything is too much trouble. Food...awful. Recently I found my Mom was sitting in her wheelchair for 9 hours. I have spoken to other patients and they have told me how much they hate the place. I agree. Look into another facility if you can, also, avoid CARE ONE, it's even worse. One more thing, this isn't like a hospital, no one tells you the treatment plan or how it's going. One more thing for you to do....track someone down. Good Luck!!

If you’re looking for a place for reliable short- or long-term care for your loved one or friend, please consider Autumn Lake – Voorhees. My father was a rehab resident for a month and to a person, they were friendly and professional. From day one he was welcomed by the hospitality staff, well supported by the aides and PT staff, and cared for by the medical team. The aides were personable and took time to get to know my dad and tend to his unique care needs. Whenever I had a question, staff made themselves available and addressed requests as quickly as feasible. Truly, they provided service with a smile. They became his home-away-from-home family. When it was time for discharge one of the aides took time out of her busy schedule to give my dad an individual goodbye and to wish him well. A special shout-out to Dr. Amy, Aide Annette, Aide George, the full Aide team, Hospitality Nikki, Tara C. (Administration), Nurse Tory, each of the front door receptionists, the Nursing team, and Deb L. (Nursing) and Karen W. (Social Work). Overall, it provided me great comfort to know my dad was in good hands…ones that cared for him like I would at home. My dad had been in serval facilities before this one but none came close to caring for him like Autumn Lake – Voorhees. Albeit not the most modern looking facility, it was always clean and well kept. It also had great spaces for the residents to “hang-out” and lots of fun activities. The staff encouraged the patients to get to know and support each other…like one big family! Thanks again to everyone and I wish you much continued success as you serve and support others!

Surprisingly great experience for my mother in rehab. Nikki provided exceptional hospitality and communication throughout my mother’s four-week stay, always making sure she was comfortable, cared for, and happy. Every staff member who assisted with her care was compassionate and attentive. Unfortunately, the only other name I remember is Annette, who was also wonderful. I was genuinely impressed by how supported and well cared for my mother felt by the entire team.

This was my very first time at a rehab. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the staff was! Tory, Debbie, Ernest, Nay and several others were great. I was treated with respect and always got an answer when I needed it. The aides George , Annette, Sasha, Maureen and many others did their jobs and were helpful. Nikki from hospitality would stop by my room when she was nearby for a quick hello and check if I needed anything. The therapist with PT and OT were so helpful in trying to get me back to going home! Anna, Lily, Marie, Jeanie, Kelly, & Jess and others were a great help! This was a very good rehab. I'm sure there were many others that I just can't remember, thanks for taken care of me!

My dad is in this facility and I love the communication that they offer with letting me know what is going on. Nikki, the hospitality manager, as well as Karen and Victoria have been nothing but amazing throughout this whole process and very professional. They go above and beyond to make sure that my dad is having a comfortable stay and quick to take care of any issues!
