Phenomenal care and support. Cannot say enough good things about them. Someone was always available, no matter the time. Prompt at helping those under their care. Very communicative. Provided all kinds of support in dealing with insurance. Helped with understanding the process and provided physical and emotional support. Provided everything necessary to help the patient and actively sought to help our family, even weeks and months after the death of our loved one. Would DEFINITELY recommend as a Hospice provider.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this company, especially their marketer Jenn. Jenn comes to visit her patients every week to check in on/support them while they’re in my facility recovering. She goes way above and beyond with everyone she works with. Ive used many different home health companies throughout the years working in healthcare and Auburn crest is one I highly recommend using to care for your loved ones.

Staff was awesome through both parents in a short amount of time. My parents both died at the age of 86...they lived good active lives. It is always hard to lose a loved one but in their case it was more fitting to celebrate their lives and not so much grieving. Auburn Crest keeps sending letters on how to deal with grief, it's almost like they want me to grieve for months. I would rethink your letters.

My special needs daughter receives personal care services through Auburn Crest Home Health. The CNA's are so great with taking care of her needs and interacting with her. The office staff is responsive and is easy to communicate with. I've definitely been pleased with the services they provide to my family!

Our assisted living facility works with Lighten often and highly recommend them to anyone seeking hospice care. Lighten is an amazing hospice company to work with! The nurses truly love and care about their patients. Jacque, one of the nurses is in constant communication with family the with our staff to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. The office staff is available and willing to help with anything they possibly can.I love working with Lighten and I know my residents who have been in their care are in the best hands! I've noticed Jacque is not only caring about her own patients but she is very caring toward the other residents and each of the staff members as well.
