New ownership working day and night to make this facility even better than it was 10-15 years ago! The positive changes are amazing to watch in real time and residents are extremely happy and don’t want to leave. We’re in this together as a family ❤️

My grandma spent time here before and was 5 stars. We see a lot of great changes happening now with new ownership. Keep up the awesome work!!

Since new ownership took over earlier this year they have been making great strides to improve resident and employee satisfaction as well as working to raise the standards of care from the low bar set by previous ownership.

Atrium is not Hospitality. New company and better focus on what is best for the residents. Eminent Care Group took over 1/1/2025 and drastic changes are being made. Complete renovations are in place so current and future residents have a beautiful home to live in or stay temporarily. Starting from the bottom and working their way up, Atrium will thrive as this building once did before! 😊

My mom went to this facility a week ago for physical therapy. I went there today for the first time to visit and I’m absolutely appalled. The state of this facility is mind blowing! It’s so run down and absolutely disgusting. I honestly can not understand how or why this place is open and operating. I’ve never seen anything like this. The wallpaper is falling off and behind it is nothing but black mold, the walls were covered in feces and blood. The floors were black and had food all over them. The bathrooms had out of order signs all over them and the building reeked of feces and cigarette smoke.there were bugs in every single window sill and corner. When I complained the lady there told me that they failed inspection yesterday and were cited and they have to have another inspection tomorrow. I immediately told my mom to start packing her things that she wasn’t staying there another day. I would not recommend this place for anyone! I feel so sorry for the people that have to live there my heart breaks for them. It’s also been 7 days and they haven’t even started her physical therapy!
