I was having issues with my cpap. Told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. Two weeks go by and I finally call and speak to someone there, and they tell me that since i'm buying my supplies somewhere else that I have to go to them even though I purchased the equipment through them, that is atrium cpap. I also was told when I purchased my equipment that I could only buy supplies through a Atrium. That is not truthful. You can buy anywhere you want! Also told lie fit my F X. Nasal mask could no longer be purchased. I did buy it elsewhere. These people do not tell the truth. Do not purchase anything from them!

I went to the Stanley location for my new CPap machine. This was the location that was able to accommodate my schedule crazy schedule. Beth did an amazing job taking me through all the functions of the my new device. She was so compassionate and patient while I kept asking question. My machine is used internationally. I live overseas and I frequently travel. She was able to answer all my concerns and to get me all the technical solutions.

My mother needed oxygen and they sent her home with a battery powered unit that could not hold a charge in the car. Nobody showed up at her home as stated to go over the unit and to bring her more tubing and nasal cannulas. After a doctor visit, we stopped by there and address the problem, they gave us some batteries and we're told they would mail out more tubing and nasal cannulas. That didn't happen. My mother had to be admitted to the hospital again and we had to go with another provider. I called to have them come and pick up the unit and told them our issues. No apologies whatsoever! Will not use them again!

Beth was took the time to give us all the details about the program and the new BiPAP machine my wife was receiving. She was also very professional and kind. This was the first time anyone explained how to use one of these machine and care for it. We recommend Healthy at Home to everyone.
