My family’s experience with the Atria at Southpoint, and especially with rental director Stacy Ratner, has been nothing but a pleasure. I began communicating with Stacy months before my mother decided to move to North Carolina from out of state. Stacy gave me a comprehensive tour of the community and then kept me apprised thereafter of openings that were becoming available. She worked diligently with my family to secure an apartment that would meet my mom‘s needs, and then was super helpful in guiding her through the leasing and move experience. The community itself is warm and welcoming, and my mom is looking forward to relocating soon. Five stars!

We moved my mother-in-law to Atria a year and a half ago. She was previously living alone and losing weight. With access to three home-cooked meals a day, she quickly regained her lost weight. She enjoyed the social connections and new friendships she made at Atria. The caring staff made her feel like part of a big family where everyone watches out for each other. Security is a top priority at Atria, ensuring peace of mind for residents and their families. We always looked forward to the festive events like the annual Christmas celebration, movie nights, live music, and happy hours. Atria has truly enriched my mother-in-law's life, and we are grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her care."

My husband and I had a tour and information session with Stacy Ratner at Atria Southpoint Walk yesterday afternoon. It was a delightful and informative experience. All of our questions and concerns about moving to a senior living community were answered honestly and fully by Stacy. She gave us plenty of material to study and assured us that she is available anytime for clarification of any information. Our tour was thorough and we were greeted by residents all over the facility with friendly handshakes and welcoming words. We are in our early 80's and we are comfortable knowing that Atria Southpoint Walk is in our future plans.

My parents just moved into Atria Southpoint after moving down to NC from the northeast. Vanessa has worked tirelessly with us to make sure everything in the apartment was move-in ready for my parents, and they were welcomed by Atria's warm and friendly staff who are always ready to go above and beyond to help them with day-to-day needs, questions and requests. They love the courtyard view of their apartment, and have enjoyed the meals and the flexibility of the menus. My parents love that my family can join them for a meal in the dining room anytime we wish. We're so grateful to the staff for the work they do daily to make Atria a wonderful place!
