The office staff do not communicate with you. I have to call them to find out what's going on. They do not have the staff/caregivers needed to cover their clients and the majority of them are untrained and unknowledgeable. It shouldn't be the clients job to train their staff. They can't provide consistent or reliable caregivers. Maybe if the pay and benefits for this type of work were better it would draw in qualified CNA 's, which is what is desperately needed. Very disappointed with this company and would NOT recommend them for any type of home health care.
