I would not recommend this home healthcare agency. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to a lack of professionalism and organization. Scheduling is inconsistent and often last-minute, making it difficult to rely on their services. Supervision appears minimal to nonexistent, and management does not seem to have a clear structure or accountability. Communication is poor—messages are often delayed or ignored, which creates unnecessary stress for both clients and staff. Additionally, there seems to be little to no proper training provided, which raises concerns about the quality of care being delivered. Overall, the agency needs significant improvement in management, communication, and staff support before I could consider recommending their services to anyone.
