These guys are AMAZING! We have had a LOT of different home health companies over the years due to an elder with chronic illnesses. NONE of them compare to this one. My family member is healthier than he has been in 4 years. Their PT has done WONDERS for his mobility ESPECIALLY TROY! I have honestly never MET a PT that LISTENS to all the SPECIFIC issues and figures out exercises to correct & strengthen each one. He is SO CREATIVE! Thank you guys for all you do!

Appointments were made at last minute, and there was at least 2 no shows due to lack of scheduling in advance. There was no continuity of care, always a different therapist. Did not really do much physical therapy for my family member. Do not feel services were adequate for what was scheduled.

When the RN came out to evaluate my husband she arrived maskless. I should have insisted she put one on. She was nice and seemed concerned about my husbands condition. Then the next day the PT came out, who I had to request wear a mask, and and he was constantly looking at his computer and did not show any compassion for my husband's condition. Since he told us he was a traveling nurse I ask him what part of the country he liked the the best and he proceeded to tell us Florida and Arizona because they had enough police officers and started tearing down our state and our country. We do not need another Donald Trump in our house. He even said that that he was a traveling PT because it paid better. I am sure Medicare would like to know this. We can certainly find another home health that can help me and my husband , thankyou. I am giving one star but they do not deserve that based on that one PT and his behavior. Also, Assured Home health does not provide help with light house work and especially bathing him since he is currently bed bound due to his pinched nerve.

Why are appointments between Therapy & Nurse practioners, with patients, scheduled less than 24-hours in advance? Why can't the scheduling be at least 2-days in advance (at a minimum)? The current policy is a stressor on the family unit (in regards to a family member's own appointment scheduling) who needs to be and/or desired to be at home by patient for educationalal and knowledge-base criteria. The current policy appears to be a hardship in numerous aspects. Otherwise, the physical and home therapies, and nursing tasks, are very good.

I work in Social Services for a Post Acute Rehab and have the pleasure of locating Home Health Services for my patients who are discharging home. I contacted this agency after a patient residing in the area ended up in my facility following a stroke. This agency had agreed to reserve a spot for this patient for his upcoming discharge. A colleague of mine called to confirm that today and was treated very horribly by both the woman who answered the phone and the one who works in intake. They denied ever having a conversation about this patient's care and now they were booked for the next 2 weeks. Working with some amazing agencies in my area, I was incredibly shocked at how unprofessional this agency was. We ended up going with Kindred, a very kind professional agency.
