Assured is a wonderful company with kind and competent staff. I worked a short time there but unfortunately, couldn't stay due to a higher living cost in Olympia of which I was not prepared for. I give a five star recommendation for Assured Home Health Care to both patients seeking care and nurses looking for employment.

Assured Home Health in Olympia have some of the best clinicians in the state and I know they are all working hard to help improve the lives of their patients through education and exercise. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs help at home improving their mobility and also wanting to stay out of the hospital.

Really Inconsistent and poor communication. One nurse called to say they were coming over to help me in 15 minutes while I was at work! I am sorry who has time to pivot their life like that? They left a device at my brother's house that he said he didn't want- then none of the staff would take it back for him. He asked them not to come back. Then when he mailed back the device someone got upset with him "oh are your other services better?" AND HE STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE DEVICE. I hope they figure out that their communication is unprofessional, unhelpful, and dangerous to people who don't have any advocacy or support.

I talked to Heather 3/31/22 prior to my spinal surgery with my insurance company on the phone to confirm to have physical therapy at my home, at that time she said they could do it. I followed up 2 weeks ago they said just have the referral from Dr. and I would be all set, than I called last Thursday talk to Charolette who said just needed to confirm insurance, than today I called 5/16/22 talk to Heather again only to get told they can only take so many of my company insurance customers in a given week or month. I have never heard of a company that didn’t want more customers or why not say that in the beginning. I ask my insurance company if they have ever heard of such a response they said never. My advise is find a company that will want your business and tells you the truth from the beginning.

All the professionals who came to my parent's house were a great help to my father. He had lost his vision due to a brain tumor and was having difficulty walking and navigating his house. The Physical Therapists and the Occupational Therapist all helped build his strength and confidence to get him walking again and feeling more in control of his own movement. It was a joy to see him improving every day! The nurses also have helped with his wound care and provided excellent advice along with the dressing supplies. Thank you for everything you have done.
