Finding Assured Health Service Day Program was a blessing for our son. They helped us through many things to be able to get services for our son. He loves all the staff and friends he has made there. And they offer so many things for the clients to do on a daily basis… Thank You for All You Do!!!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care my brother receives at Assured Health Services. Andrea, Theresa S., LaKayla, Teresa E., and Jennifer all oversee his well-being, and knowing he has such a compassionate and dedicated team caring for him 24/7 gives our family so much peace of mind. Since joining Assured Health Services, my brother’s life has transformed in ways we could have never imagined. His health truly became their number one priority — and they have consistently stood by that commitment. The staff handles his behaviors tremendously and always communicates with my mom immediately if anything arises. That level of attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism means everything to us. Over time, the staff has become more than caregivers — they’ve truly become part of our family. Overall, Assured and their team have completely changed my brother’s life. In many ways, I truly believe they’ve saved it. We are forever thankful for the care, dedication, and heart they put into their work every single day.

Almost 7 years ago my family found a NEED for a provider immediately. Assured Health Care stepped up blindly and said "we got you." They stepped up, learned quickly my son's needs for a complicated diagnosis, and still learn and educate their staff. Yes they do listen and educate. My family member has thrived and formed friendships, with peers and staff. The management is there for clients and families and is just as excited of the clients milestones just as much as families. I use the technical term "clients " but they truly became family. The staff and management step up when my loved one needed mom and I couldn't be there. They are welcomed to our family gatherings and have sat at many dinner tables with our entire family. Theresa S. made sure my loved one made it to my wedding and I was so blessed to have her with us. It is truly a gut wrenching and guilt ridden experience to not have our loved ones in our homes with us. But I believe we made an awesome decision with Assured. Thank you to you all

Assured Health Services has been a great residential provider for our family member. The DSPs and management staff work tirelessly to provide the best care and kindness for those they serve. It is great to have consistent staff who care about the struggles and successes each person is going through daily. They value the suggestions parents have to offer and are open to thinking outside the box. We are blessed to have such gentle minded, empathetic and persevering DSPs/staff on our loved one’s team.

We’ve been apart of the Assurd family going on almost 7 years now! This company has probably been the best with my older brother! He has excelled with so many things and is just thriving! Granted with his diagnosis there are some minor and major hiccups that staff navigate with grace and compassion . They make sure he can live his life instead of doing the bare minimum of what his needs are like his previous places! From his hobbies all the way to trips to cedar point whether for himself or with our family. Assurd health values helping him come to such important events in our family from joining us for birthday dinners all the way to making sure my big brother made it to my baby shower and to help arrange on short notice him coming home to meet his niece ! Andrea , Theresa and Patrice will forever hold a special place in our hearts and definitely my brothers life💕
