Our experience with Assisting Hands has been great! After the home care company that helped care for my 89 yo mother went out of business, I shopped around quite a bit for help. Kaleb and Assisting Hands stood out from the rest of the companies I interviewed. Their caregivers and Kaleb have a truly caring attitude. In my experience, their caregivers are well trained, punctual very nice. Not every person has clicked with my mom, and they are sensitive to the fact that there needs to be a good fit with the client and were flexible in finding a good personality match.Their cost seems fair, less than some, but yet they pay their caregivers better than other companies I found, which instills loyalty and a stable work group. Kaleb has helped me out a couple of times in a jam, finding last minute caregivers. We are now using them for another family member also.<br>We have been very happy with the experience.
