Customer service is horrible with this company. I would never have anyone use them. Someone named Mary Alice spoke to my niece about care for her mother, and she had the nastiest disposition. Mary Alice needs to learn how to talk to people who have used this company's services and learn how to respectfully articulate the issues. Mary Alice was totally unprofessional and then just hung up the phone with no provocation. I wish I could give Mary Alice no stars at all. Good riddance. Reply to the owner: I am correct about what I posted and was present during the call. It is unfortunate that you, as the owner, do not know how your RN talks to people and how she just hung up the phone. I am complaining about the horrible customer service and how your RN talked to my niece during today's phone call. I am not talking about any service that was provided. Please teach your staff how to talk to people based on the type of service that you provide.
