Went in to get my fingerprints done for a new job, and as soon as I get there she asks me what time my appointment was like I was inconveniencing her (my appointment was at 10:40, it was 10:39). She then takes me to the room and is on Instagram live while asking me specific questions and not asking for consent to be filmed. Overall very unprofessional, will not go back

Came to their office location to get fingerprints done with a partnering service inside the same suite. They ended up being closed and was rudely yelled at by a lady in rose colored scrubs who was on the phone. She came out of the assisted living office and raised her voice for us to read the sign on the door— so whoever was there 2/17/26 @ 2pm, you’re extremely rude and we did absolutely nothing to you. Have the day you deserve

Shirley was very quick with getting me in! She was very kind to me and handled my finger printing to the quickest pace of her ability! Definitely recommend!

Came here for a background check. They were behind schedule but didn’t seem like it was her fault although the hours of operation showed differently online and in the business; Identigo needs to fix their scheduling issues. She was super nice which made the experience better

The atmosphere was amazing, and very clean. She’s kind, very professional and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to get your finger prints done this is the place to go. She also offer other services, check her out
