My mom live here and I can't understand how it's a place for senior living and basic on income and the rent increase looks like it goes up every month and management really suck it's almost like them old people are locked up. can't do nothing but watch each other and reporting so they don't get an evidence notice on their door just scared almost like their her watch dogs it's nothing good with this place these old people deserve justice

The owners are greedy and raise the rent sometimes twice in the same year. These are elderly on fixed income. You don't improve the property but keep raising rent. Shame on you.

Have been living here going on 13 years. Had great apt mgnt when I moved in and well kept grounds. I’ve been through 5 office mgrs and about 10 maintenance guys. It has gone down so much and dead leaves all in the yard and parking lot. Grass cutters leave the yards in a mess. The apts are not kept up and the rent keeps going up. How do they expect seniors on disability to be able to make it.

Unpleasant experience from the start. Continuously raising the price on rent but won’t upgrade the property. Can’t keep a handyman. Rude and unprofessional. If you like your freedom and privacy just go somewhere else. They will ramble through your dresser drawers, bathroom cabinets etc violating your personal space and rights. Constantly adding new unrealistic rules. It’s like a concentration camp for senior citizens. This is supposed to be affordable for senior citizens and they can barely live with the constant price increase every month. These homes have been here for ever and are old and not worth the price ls they continue to raise. The owner is rude and doesn’t care. Okay

Constant eviction threats along with yearly increases in rent. Filthy apartments with no one to maintain apartment. The office staff is rude and demanding, not a personality to work with the elderly or the public. Please watch out for your elders if considering this place.
