Via Christi Home Medical has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. This company is terrible at fulfilling orders, and I would never recommend them to anyone who depends on timely, reliable medical supplies. Orders that should be essential have shown up weeks late, and more than once we were told shipments were already packed and on the way—only to find out a week later that nothing had been sent and they were “just shipping it out today.” We have been lied to, sent the wrong equipment, and given equipment so worn down that they had to be swapped out multiple times. When you are in dire need of medical equipment, the last thing you should have to worry about is whether the company you rely on is actually going to follow through. Sadly, Via Christi Home Medical has proven to be untrustworthy and unreliable at every step.

This place has gone downhill over the last few months. Called to reserve a traveling air machine and they didn’t do the paperwork to reserve it when I called and the excuse is, “That person no longer works here”. That does me no good! Update. The customer care responded, I called during business hours, had to leave a message. Left a detailed message as requested to include my phone number with no return call.

I went to this establishment for a replacement cpap machine and unfortunately I was given a damaged used machine by the woman who worked there. When I got home I noticed the cord was cut and the water containers had bruised marks on the bottom. The machine also really didn't look new. I remember pointing out why it was not in plastic and getting really annoyed looks from her during the appointment. I was shocked took pictures and called them and was having a hard time because they just wanted to give me a new plug.I called my insurance and told them my situation and they worked it out for me to have the new one that I was owed. I did take pictures just in case. To mention also when I went in for the appointment my machine and equipment was already sitting on the table and nothing was in plastic. I really didn't like that fact because of things like this happening. This was just my personal experience and I should have wrote this review a long time ago.

Need CPAP replacement. They lost the first script. 2 months wasted there. Obtained new script. Several more months gone! They don't answer the phone. Not enough motivation to do a good job. Seems unlikely that COVID should be the excuse anymore.

Approached this organization to get oxygen set up@ home. Was treated initially quite nicely we gave them te Rx from our physical and were told that other info was needed, we came back two days later and were told that the phy. info was incomplete and we could not get the 02 @ that time unless we paid cash for it. Called back the next day and was told no further info from the phy office. Phy office stated that they had been in contact with Via Christi and had rectified the problem. This business acted as if they did not want or need our business, were of no help at all would not recommended them.
