My mother has been a resident in the Forest household for 6 years. She has received exemplary care and her every need is met. The staff is extremely kind, and have kept her extremely healthy and well monitored , as she has never been hospitalized or had a fall.

There are a myriad of activities to engage her brain and she has met many wonderful friends at Artman. I can not say enough good things about her care by all the employees (medical and non-medical).

I’m so grateful to the staff at Artman for the care they gave my Aunt Joanne. They were incredibly compassionate and attentive, and it truly made a difference during her stay. She even loved the food—and anyone who knows her knows she’s very particular about cleanliness, so it meant a lot that she felt comfortable and thought everything was spotless. I also really appreciated how friendly the staff was and how well they kept me informed. Thank you for treating her with such kindness.

Terrible food, understaffed, one assistant for every ten patients and one nurse for every forty. Hospice personnel are good but not enough of them and there should be more frequent visits. Some of the staff really do know what they're doing. Totally bedridden with a fractured pelvis. Wish I could be more positive.

The food continues to be underwhelming. I’m not sure what has changed at Artman, but the current experience doesn’t match the ratings. The care and quality of service patients receive deserves a closer look.

I will keep this brief, but this place is great. I have no complaints. If I ever needed rehab or care, I hope I'm at a facility as mice as this one. Not only is it nice, but the staff is wonderful. In this day where healthcare staff are asked to do more with less and rehab staff has to point out service documentation to maintain unrealistic productivity, I appreciate all that you have done for my family. At the end of the day, your staff demonstrated grace and professionalism, and I thank you!
