My mother is a resident at ALC and I visit frequently at different times during the week. My mother has had excellent care. All the staff including administration, nursing, CNA, physical therapy, and housekeeping work extremely hard to make sure each resident feels safe, comfortable, and loved. They work hard to provide activities and amenities for the residents to interact and enjoy themselves. It’s a blessing to know my mother is in a safe environment. The staff are always friendly and welcoming to all visitors.

The cleanliness upon arrival was evident. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. Their position is so important. They are the front line workers. Their demeanor is important. Visitors can be anxious so a welcome and help from front desk staff is appreciated. Arrington staff helped make me feel comfortable. Sitting areas for family were spacious and all areas appeared clean and safe for visitors and staff. The attire of staff was very neat ,clean and professional. That makes a good statement for a facility. Dignity and respect was shown to everyone I encountered.
