Jessica, our wound care nurse, did an amazing job caring for my mom over the past four months. She was compassionate, attentive, and always treated my mom with kindness and respect. Her professionalism and dedication gave our family peace of mind, knowing my mom was receiving excellent care. The “manager” or “boss” is rude and unprofessional and teaches her office employees to be just as childish, they hate helping when you call them and ask for help, they make it clear you are an inconvenience to their day. I wouldn’t recommend if your looking for employment. Plus they drive around Bakersfield very crazy which i’ve seen as well as people in these reviews, this shows they don’t care about safety, sadly.

We were setup for my wives pbysical therapy after cancer surgery arranged by our primary provider. Individual came out for evaluation showed my wife 6 or 7 exercises and left saying PT would be twice a week. After a week past we inquired re:status and was informed nothing was scheduled. My wife is 73, I'm 74 with multiple chronic illnesses. We shouldn't be placed in this situation. I guess Medicare or our evaluation is responsible. AMENDMENT After all of the mixed ups were straightened out my Wife received excellent home nurse care and pbysical therapy follow up. Very professional. Thank you.

Around the Clock did an amazing job helping my dad recover after his femur fracture. His physical therapist (Sandy) was always kind, patient, and encouraging. Thanks to their great care, he made steady progress and felt truly supported. Nurse’s are very compassionate and professional. They have a wonderful intake team who quickly got my dad on service!! Highly recommend! Best in town!!

I know from first hand experience that the team at Around the Clock Home Care are knowledgeable in their field and their kindness and compassion were evident every time I needed them.
