About Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community in Arkansas City, Kansas, and part of the PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America) network. The community is guided by Christian values and heritage, with a mission of empowering residents to live with joy and meaning while receiving personalized support.

As a Life Plan Community, Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor offers a full continuum of care in one setting, including independent living, assisted living, and long-term care. Residents receive priority access to all levels of care as their needs change over time.

The long-term care center provides a dedicated skilled nursing team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs offering 24-hour nursing care, along with physical, occupational, and speech therapies customized to individual care plans. Assisted living residents receive extra help with daily tasks such as housework or bathing while maintaining independence and setting their own schedules, living in private, maintenance-free apartments. Residents value having full financial disclosure limited to what's needed to confirm ability to afford private pay senior living for the foreseeable future, rather than a full release of assets.

Our family faced a difficult decision when my mom was trying to decide where to move after selling her home. Choosing Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor was, by far, the best decision we could have made. Mom truly enjoyed her independence in her one-bedroom apartment. From the very beginning, both the staff and residents welcomed her with genuine kindness and respect. She has made wonderful friends with other residents as well as staff. She has enjoyed all the activities offered as well. We have never had a complaint. She has since transitioned to the total care area, and the exceptional level of care has remained the same. The management team is top-notch, the facility is extremely clean, and the nursing staff, aides, maintenance, and housekeeping teams are all consistently caring and compassionate. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a senior care community, I highly recommend taking the time to visit Presbyterian Manor.

They take amazing care of their patients and everyone who works there seems to love what they do. I have two uncles in there. One who just turned 100 years old and he loves everything and everyone who takes care of him. The other needs more medical care and they have stayed on top of everything. Their facilities are top notch as well. I would 100% recommend this place for any elderly in need of care.
