Some years ago, as my husband approached the end of his life, his deteriorating health made it obvious we couldn’t stay in our home together without help. Arcadia has provided professional, compassionate and competent home health aides who enabled him to stay in our home until the end of his life, for which we were both very grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia for home health assistance. Our aides became like part of our family.

Several different care givers sent out!! One especially was rude , lazy and fowel mouthed, even putting dirty feet on my moms couch and hanging out on the phone!! Unprofessional with out masks and rudely interrupt when she had family visits from out of town! Then went from three days a week to 1 day a week, my parent did not stop needing care! They just couldn’t find anyone to come out! There has been good points too, however in my opinion the bad is getting worse!

Very unprofessional! Client accused me of something inappropriate and I called the office to inform them and Regional director named Theresa picked up and I explained to her my concern and she then asked me Well, did you? Knowing this client has a TBI and accusations happen frequently within this field this regional director thought this was appropriate to ask me was I in a home with her husband and know myself around their kitchen.
