This place is dangerous! The Cna's are rude the nurses in my opinion don't know what they are doing. I came last week my dad hanging out the bed. I asked him upon registration to put railings up. They said it would have to be approved but they would put mats down never happened. Three days later he has to go back to Osf after being there 5 weeks cause they said he wasnt eating or responding. He was fine in the er tho! After another 2 weeks in osf he go back to Arcadia Morton, 24 hours later, & 4 hours after i left i get a call sayin he fell out the bed. The Cna was messing my name up getting smart so i asked to speak to the Administrator Christine. The cna told me call back & ask for her. I drive from Peoria to Morton. Christine never came to talk to me she rudely answered her door for the receptionist & said i'm on the phone & slammed the door in the poor ladies face! Needless to say i was on the phone with state the whole time but ended up gettin hung up on cause it got to late. This place is bad for bussiness

This place is no good they left my stepdad in his diaper for 4 1/2 hrs, we pushed his call button and waited for 45 mins for them to respond I had to go track down a cna and still no help. Then get told that if my stepdad falls out of his wheel chair that they are just gonna let him sit there on the floor and not call an ambulance. This place is junk and they need shut down. The staff are very rude here!!

If I could give a zero, I would. My mother has been there a short time. She cannot eat on her own yet nobody assists her. She recently fell out of bed and nobody contacted us. She had two very important doctor appointments and they did not take her. I've met her caretakers and they are doing as much as they can and they do care. However, the facility doesn't have enough staff and management is non existent. Do better! This is a facility that most of us will end up in. Is this how you want to be treated??
