From the moment my mother moved into ARK Residential Care, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace knowing she was in such a loving and supportive environment. Nestled in the heart of Riverside, this facility has a warm, homey feel that immediately put both of us at ease. The staff at A.R.K have been nothing short of exceptional. Their dedication to providing personalized care for my mom is evident in everything they do. They’ve taken the time to truly get to know her—her routines, her personality, even the little things that make her smile. That level of care and connection has made a world of difference. Her room is bright and cozy, and the shared living areas are always clean and welcoming. One of her favorite spots is the garden—she loves sitting outside in the sunshine, enjoying the flowers and fresh air. The environment is calm and peaceful, and it really feels like home. The meals are another highlight. My mom has dietary restrictions, and the kitchen staff go above and beyond to make sure her meals are both nutritious and something she genuinely enjoys. They even asked about some of her favorite home-cooked meals and try to incorporate them when they can. I also appreciate the range of activities offered. My mom’s always been creative, so the art classes and music therapy have been perfect for her. There’s always something going on to keep her active and engaged. What sets A.R.K apart, truly, is the love and compassion that radiate through every part of the care they provide. I can see how much happier and more at peace my mother is since she’s been there—and that means everything to me. We were looking for a care facility to move my aunt. We viewed several in the area but none felt like a home for her. From the moment we walked into this facility we felt at ease. They were so nice and compassionate. They always had a smile and assured us she would get the best care possible. She loves it there and now and constantly tells me how amazing the staff is

We moved our mother into A.R.K residential few months ago, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and compassion she’s received. I have been living here and this has been such a great experience. It is like a family here. They really help and support me I have been to many room and board facilities throughout Riverside and this is definitely the best one I have ever been to. The even offer in home therapy services as well I cannot recommend this place enough thank you guys so much for all that you do
