My loved one recently stayed at Arbors, and our family had a great experience. The staff was kind, patient, and always took the time to answer our questions. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the therapy team helped her make real progress. We’re very thankful for the care she received and would recommend Arbors to other families.

They have a real friendly team who goes above and beyond to make sure the residents have what they need. Also, they have in house dialysis, vent/trach unit and skilled rehab that will blow you away!!! This place is cookin….

My father came to Arbors at streetsboro and we couldn't have found a better place. The staff are terrific. They treat him with TLC all the way 100 per cent!! GOD bless everyone at Arbors for all they do for our Dad and the other people Who are there. The staff are definitely angels 😇 from heaven!!

My mother was at Arbor's for 2 weeks to rehab after being at UH Portage County for a week. The staff was always friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, there were 4 people that shined and made a lasting impression on my wife and me. Nonie and Dar will always be special because of the friendship and bond they have with my mom. Oliver is a great human being. Very polite and caring. Always visited and checked on my mom when we were there. TeShauna went above and beyond regarding paperwork between Arbor's and the hospital. She kept in contact with me regarding the paperwork. I witnessed her on the phone with the hospital and the other person wasn't being very friendly. She handled it LIKE A BOSS!!! I wouldn't have been so calm and professional. Lauren was friendly, upbeat, caring and very empathetic. She always communicated with my wife and I regarding information about my mom's medication and what the Nurse Practioner said. Monica was and is OUTSTANDING. To say she was great would be an understatement. She is very empathetic, kind hearted and compassionate. She kept in touch even when she wasn't at work. If I was the owner of Arbor's Streetsboro, I'd give them a raise before another facility does. Talented, caring and compassionate professional individuals...great human beings..are hard to find. We met 4 at Arbor's. THANK YOU!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the social worker Monica at the Arbors at Streetsboro. She has been incredibly supportive and compassionate during every interaction we’ve had with her. She takes the time to listen and explain everything very thoroughly and has went above and beyond for years to make sure residents and their families are comfortable and informed. Monica’s dedication has made so many tough times/situations easier by just being her! Monica is definitely an asset to the facility and company she works for!
