I'm always so highly impressed to hear of all the activities that Kim in the activities department is putting together for the residents. I'm told that when the weather is warmer this often includes fishing trips and opportunities for outside time. It's not easy to transition to a long term care facility but it's good to know that Arbors does everything to make the stay more comfortable.

if i could give zero stars i would the aids and nurses here are a joke not showering patients on their shower days running their mouths and talking poorly about patients and acting like caring for them isn’t their job or something and refusing to give patients medicine that they are life dependent on i have never in my life seen a nursing home refuse to give a patient their medicine when someone needs their medication such as a shot they should receive it dka is a real thing and so is going low and passing out and the treatment is ridiculous out of these aids and nurses and needs to be investigated patients screaming for help all throughout the night and the aids just get high and smell like weed coming into the patients room to deal with it bugs crawling on patients i could go on but i think this is enough

My husband was transferred from the hospital yesterday, ti this place.. it was about noonish when he arrived at the Arbors. He fell out of bed about 3:00. He sat on the floor for 45 minutes. Before help arrived. They called me. Saying all is fine. He had major back surgery on November 24th. I demanded he be checked out. They hsve done nothing fir him. No therapy, no laundry, nothing.
