This facility sure has improved since the new Administrator has come into the doors. The staff truly care and embrace each unique person that provides their care. I have walked through these doors and have noted this myself, since I am a nurse, I would love to be part of this unique team and establishment. TBC…..

I met some of the nicest and hardworking people here. Yesterday the residents planted vegetables and flowers in the garden. It’s very close to the river so you see a lot of wildlife.

If you are thinking about bringing your elderly loved one to Waterside please don't, go somewhere else. For several months now there have been major infractions in this facility, and the most recent one (2 months) is an astounding rat infestation. The administrator Sophia has been aware of all the problems in this facility, but has made a poor pathetic effort to fix the rat problem. Instead she tries to cover up problems by blaming employees and lying to family of the patients that live at Waterside, in order to maintain a high census and avoid family removing their loved ones to another facility. The rats are everywhere in the ceiling, in the kitchen, in the corridors, in the patient's room and the rat feces and urine odor is most notable at night time. There is colonies of rats everywhere but the best time to hear them and see them is after dark. The residences have reported the rats crawling on them at night in bed and geting bit but Sophia dismisses it as a memory issue for being elderly and mistaken information. And since the rat infestation, Waterside has had more than average sudden deaths among patients almost on a weekly basis, so if you know, friends or family that have their mothers or fathers or loved ones please suggest to have them removed and placed to another safer and cleaner facility. 1-the rat in the trashcan was alive and the location was at a nurses station 2-the rat in the patient's drawer was alive at the time as well with feces underneath 3-the yellow stains on the floor is rat feces and urine 4-the yellow spots and stains the wall and the floor is rat feces and urine

Administrator is very unprofessional. Cusses at staff. Very disrespectful. I have no faith in Trinity. They only want to line their pockets
