Our family was so fortunate to have Richard and his staff care for my father in law. Richard made every effort to keep him comfortable and welcomed our family for visits. We greatly appreciate his caring and expertise. His staff is wonderful as well. Beautiful Victorian house in a quiet neighborhood in Carlsbad. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

THIS PLACE WAS A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE ADMINISTRATOR, RICHARD AXELROD. IT'S AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY THAT CREATES A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT.SIX RESIDENTS ARE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF RESIDENTS AT ONE TIME. THE FOOD IS HOME COOKED. LEST I FORGET, THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL, EACH ONE WITH A UNIQUE PERSONALITY. RICHARD IS AWARE OF ANY CHANGES IN THE RESIDENTS' CONDITIONS. HE KEEPS FAMILY UPDATED ON A REGULAR BASIS. MY MOM WAS VERY CONTENTED THERE. MY FAMILY IS VERY COMFORTED IN HAVING CHOSEN ARBOR VICTORIA, I FOGOT , THE FACILITY IS HOUSED IN A NEW , GORGEOUS VICTORIAN HOME.
