I toured Arbor in July and it was one of 2 finalists for Personal Care for my father. Everything is clean and well appointed and it and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind and foster a fun and whimsical atmosphere, which is important to keeping residents engaged (particularly the Memory Care folks).<br><br>It’s probably the only community around with sheep dressed like Hunter S Thompson. I have heartily recommended it to others seeking a community in Chester County!

I met with Sam, the community sales director. Toured for family members and was very impressed,Sam was super knowledgeable .<br>Wonderful environment, clean, happy staff and great location.

I have visited, and referred residents and their families to Arbor Terrace Willistown. The feedback is always about cleanliness, how large and spacious the apartments are in the community and how the staff interacted with the residents. I have worked with Sam and Jessica and they always go out of their way to make sure the transition into the community is smooth and as seamless as possible. It's easy to give them a 5 atar review!

I participated in the Dementia Live event at Arbor Terrace Willistown and was amazed at how eye-opening it was. It certainly helped me have a better understanding of what my stepmother feels/sees/senses/misses on a daily basis. The program was very well done and I recommend it highly. There was no fee for the program.
